Heat & Weather Policy

Homegrown Athletes prioritizes athlete safety, especially in Arizona’s extreme heat.

• Water breaks are scheduled throughout every session

• Activities and intensity are modified during hot conditions

• Shade is used whenever possible

• Sessions may be shortened or adjusted when temperatures are high

• Classes may be canceled if conditions are unsafe

If a session is canceled due to heat or weather, families will be notified as early as possible.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Tuition is billed monthly

• Payment is due before the start of each month

• Monthly tuition reserves your athlete’s spot in class

Missed Sessions

• No refunds for missed classes

• Make-ups are not guaranteed due to limited space

Cancellations

• Monthly enrollment may be canceled with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle

• No partial-month refunds
